As we all learn to navigate our new world, and the complexities of birth at this time, we are invited to explore new ways of learning, growing, and receiving support.

Kay offers individual and family childbirth education to help families prepare for the physical and emotional journey of labor and birth. Together we will explore the areas you want more understanding in, and the questions, fears, concerns, or uncertainty that arise along the way.

Currently, all education is being offered online for the protection of everyone’s safety and well-being.

Kay is a certified Lamaze Childbirth Educator with more than a decade of experience working with birthing families. Kay brings to her classes a wealth of knowledge surrounding childbirth, conventional and holistic support measures, herbal medicine, prenatal yoga, and the midwifery model of care. Individual Education

Kay offers individual, private, or family centered childbirth education. By working closely with birthers, their support people, or their family, Kay creates a learning opportunity focused on the needs of the individual family or birther. Kay’s focusing is on compassionate and empowering support to help you feel like your most confident self as your prepare for and enter your birthing time.
