Join Kay Parsons, Birthing Mama contributing author and educator, and Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, in our new Online Childbirth Education Series!
This weekly class will provide an opportunity to explore pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum from a spiritually oriented and holistic perspective.
This class is open to all birthing people, their partners or support person, as well as doulas and childbirth professionals. We value diversity in our spaces and encourage birthing people of all identities, races, cultures, and backgrounds to join this series.
All offerings at Yoga Center Amherst (YCA) are offered on a Pay From The Heart Model. And as with all classes offered through YCA, please go to the schedule page to register and receive the zoom link
Each class will include sharing of information, group discussions, and a time to ask your questions about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
You are welcome to drop-in or commit to coming each week for a more in-depth experience of each and every weekly topic offered.

Kay offers individual, private, or family centered childbirth education. By working closely with birthers, their support people, or their family, Kay creates a learning opportunity focused on the needs of the individual family or birther. Kay’s focusing is on compassionate and empowering support to help you feel like your most confident self as your prepare for and enter your birthing time.
